Cheesy Corn Dip
This creamy, cheesy corn dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next event. Inspired by East Asian flavors, the Sesame Miso Shake is laced with umami and adds slight heat to the dish. Serve with chips or bread for the perfect appetizer.
Sesame Miso Shake is a blend that combines umami-rich miso, nutty sesame, mild chile flavor and a touch of MSG to create savory sensations.
Ingredients
- 1 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3 tablespoons Japanese mayo or sub regular mayo

1 ½ teaspoons Oaktown Spice Shop Sesame Miso Shake
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Scallions, thinly sliced
- Tortilla chips or Crostini

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, add corn, ¾ cup cheese, mayo, Sesame Miso Shake, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or dish with butter. Add corn mixture to the skillet and spread out evenly. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and melted. Remove skillet from oven.
- Garnish with scallions. Enjoy with chips or crostini.
