Can you roast the cauliflower instead of frying? I’m cooking for a large group.

Yuzu is a citrus fruit that tastes like a combination of grapefruit, lime, and lemon. It’s the perfect accompaniment to rich foods, like these Fried Cauliflower Wings! Cauliflower gets a light batter made with soda water, and is fried to golden perfection, before a dusting of our house-made Yuzu Salt! Dip these in a Greek Yogurt or labneh dip for the perfect appetizer or game day grub. We also love these on a salad, in a sandwich, or just right off the tray for a savory snack.
1/2 teaspoon Oaktown Spice Shop Yuzu Salt, plus more to garnish

Hi Betsy,
Our recipe developer, Micah, recommends changing the batter if you plan to bake these! Instead of flour and seltzer, she recommends eggs and panko flakes, with a ratio of around 3 eggs and 1-1.5 cups of panko per head of cauliflower. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
Warmly, Evan (they/them)
