Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons Oaktown Spice Shop Golden Milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 ¼ cup milk, or plant based alternative
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted, plus more for the pan
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Golden Milk and salt.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until just combined.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup of the pancake mixture into the pan, cooking until bubbles form. Flip, and cook and an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used up. Enjoy!
