These delightful homemade truffles are the perfect gift for a dessert-obsessed friend or loved one. Or an easy way to snazz up your holiday party dessert platter.
Oaktown Spice Shop's Golden Milk blend combines the earthy notes of turmeric with sweet warming spices, all of which pair beautifully with decadent white chocolate and rich dates.
Mix the Golden Milk into the 10 oz of melted white chocolate until combined; set aside.
Add walnuts, dates, coconut, and maple syrup to a food processor and blend for about one minute or until well combined. The mixture should form into a ball.
Using your hands, roll the filling into golf ball-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Going one by one, dip each ball into the Golden Milk white chocolate mixture, fully coating, and place back onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with the white chocolate and chocolate, and sprinkle with the dried rose petals and flaky salt. Refrigerate for one hour and enjoy. Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Hi Jeanne,
Thanks for reaching out! I checked in with the recipe developer who said it should be fine as long as they are kept at room temperature, and don’t have direct sunlight on them.
Cheers,

Would these keep in a gift box for a few hours, as long as you tell the recipient to put in the frig when they get home?

I made these for my daughter who had gifted me with Oaktown’s Golden Milk. The truffles are pretty addictive, very easy to make and present nicely. Thank you for the recipe – it’s a keeper.
