Pimento cheese is a creamy, tangy, peppery dip or spread with a bit of a chunky texture. It's perfect for pairing with crackers or as a spread on a sandwich. Our Creole Spice adds a little extra savoriness and herbaceousness to this snackable favorite.
Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded in a food processor or with a grater

¼ cup mayonnaise*

3 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened at room temperature

4 oz jar of pimento peppers, drained, rinsed, and finely diced

2 teaspoons Oaktown Spice Shop Creole Spice

2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons Tabasco, Frank's, or Scarlet Fire Hot Sauce

Pacific flake or kosher salt to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with a silicone spatula until well incorporated.
Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to one week. Serve with crackers or smothered on a burger.
