Furikake is a Japanese seasoning meant to be sprinkled on rice, veggies, and fish. Our Ume-Shiso Furikake is a vegan version that combines sweet shiso and umeboshi with the robust nutty and savory flavors of sesame seeds, miso, and seaweed.

The Shichimi Togarashi is a lovely blend of hot, citrus, sea, and nutty flavors. You can use it to spice up udon or ramen soups, rice, sushi, and grilled meats like chicken yakitori. Medium-hot. Also try it as a marinade with soy, vinegar and scallions. Flakes of Nori seaweed accentuate the flavors of sesame seeds, chili flakes and other spices.
